Me being a avid tech-head I sometimes wonder what’s next, what will my children be using, I’m nineteen years old now and should have kids by the age of 40 so what will my children be using will they have portable game consoles with 10 inch screens or will it be smaller/thinner devices? Will they have a smartphone that’s as thin as a piece of paper but unbreakable like a diamond?

Companies are always developing new technologies so we have no idea what is in the pipe line but I do have a few ideas so here they are…

I think technology will take over and make certain things obsolete in the future, social networks are booming at the moment but I think in the future they will cease to exist, with new revolutionary smart phones and apps like instagram  it’s really changing the way we connect with our friends and family, why would we need social networks if there was a way to connect and share stuff without them?

My second idea is that there will be a device which does everything our current devices can do but better and all in one device, e.g smartphone, games console and computer I don’t just mean a smart phone on steroids I mean a device which can do things a smartphone today couldn’t even imagine doing, a gaming experience that will be bigger then Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft all put together, a handheld device with specs that will blow todays top of the line computers out the water, a device that if release today would make all companies have to stop production and remodel there hole business plan.

My third idea is that there will be a thing that will make computers/smartphones/games consoles a thing of the past, its hard to imagine this thing but just imagine this thing made us not go to the computer anymore, this thing will make us not need to make phone calls, use smartphones or use social networks anymore, this thing is something but what is it? teleportation, time travel? or maybe we will all become super heros?

No one really knows what the future holds but we know that the future holds something.

If such a device/thing was to exist in the future it will be a hub for everything we do these things will change the world forever, we just have to wait and see.

Maybe i’m just crazy because we are addicted to social networks and smartphones right now and we will be unable to get out of this online cycle but who knows.
